Perhaps your main computer won't boot, or you're constantly getting the infamous "Blue Screen of Death" (affectionately known as a BSOD). Maybe you're just looking for some place that can give you information on your computer problem.

Well, I'm here to help! I have tried to assemble a collection of pages which present information ranging from the very basics of PCs to more advanced topics like troubleshooting Windows errors. Many times, you don't need to know everything there is to know about computer hardware or software... you just need to know WHERE to look for the answers you may need.  Usually, someone else has already experienced (and possibly solved) the problem you are having!

Throughout the site, I have provided links (also known as "Bookmarks" in the Mozilla/Firefox world) to various web site(s) that (in my opinion), offer the best type of help for whatever the specific problem is. Note that links to other site will open that site in a new window so you won't get dragged away while trying to find your answers. Also, I have presented brief summaries and links to a number of software utilities that I consider to be essential, or find especially useful.
